Returns and Refund Policy

Filing a Claim
If the buyer wishes to file a claim for a refund, return, or exchange, the buyer must record a video before opening the package each time to confirm any missing items, incomplete deliveries, or damage to the products due to shipping. RAWThailand reserves the right to not take responsibility if there is no evidence of unpacking the package. The buyer must record a video upon receiving the product/package and contact us within 72 hours after receiving the package. If it exceeds this time frame, RAWThailand reserves the right to not take responsibility in any case.

Return Policy

RAWThailand reserves the right to refuse returns in all cases. The buyer cannot request a return or refund due to a change of mind unless stated otherwise in this refund and return policy.

Exchange Policy
RAWThailand reserves the right to refuse exchanges in all cases except for the following circumstances:

  • The buyer receives a defective, unusable, and/or damaged item during shipping.
  • The item cannot be returned or exchanged once unpacked/used.

(The buyer must record a video upon receiving the product/package and contact us within 72 hours after receiving the package. If it exceeds this time frame, RAWThailand reserves the right to not take responsibility in any case.)

Order Cancellation Policy

The buyer cannot cancel an order after RAWThailand has successfully shipped the product. RAWThailand reserves the right to cancel orders in all cases.

Shipping Policy

All orders placed before noon will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after that will be shipped on the next day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Refund Policy

RAWThailand reserves the right to issue refunds in all cases except when customers receive damaged goods and there are no replacement products available for re-delivery.
